Steps
in Admission Process
All students applying for admission to Brent School must complete the APPLICATION PROCESS in order to be considered for admission to the school.
Step One - Submit the complete admission documents to Admissions Office to register for the test and interview.
Step Two – On the scheduled test date, it is essential to arrive on time. Pay $110 for the application and test fee.
Step Three – An interview with the applicant and parent(s). This is a requirement before the final decision on Admissions is rendered.
Step Four – Following notification of acceptance, a slot is offered and confirms thru payment of non-refundable Slot Reservation Deposit of $600 and completed Admissions Agreements within three (3) working days from notice of acceptance.
Step Five – Payment of school fees on a specified deadline, before the student starts attending classes.
Admission Requirements
It is the parent’s responsibility to complete all application material.
The admission office must receive a completed application, including the application fee and all supporting documents, before an applicant can be considered for admission. An admission interview (for families of Pre-Kinder), or entrance test and interview (for students in Kinder, Grades 1-12) will be scheduled as soon as possible after a completed application has been received.
- Completed Application and Health Forms
- Certified copy of academic records showing grades for at least the past two years.
If written in another language, an English translation must be included.
- Recommendation(s) from former school (applicable Brent form(s) must be used)
From a Teacher preferable the homeroom adviser – PK, K, Grades 1-12
From the Principal or Guidance Counselor – Grades 2-12
- Copy of birth certificate
- Photos: 3 recent passport size photographs
- Copy of immunization record
- Letter of Guarantee from your employer if they will be responsible for paying the tuition and fees and the billing should go directly to them.
FOREIGN APPLICANTS should also submit the following:
- Copy of the passport pages showing:
- Applicant and parent(s) picture, date of birth, passport number
- Date of issue and expiration date
- Visa showing length of stay in the Philippines
Filipino Applicants
Filipino applicants, as members of the international community, are most welcome to Brent. However, the Board of Directors has limited the number of Filipino students to not more than one-third of the total student population.
When to apply
Brent has a rolling admissions policy, accepting students throughout the school year. The applications are considered as they are received.
Testing is scheduled individually throughout the year by appointment.
The Brent Admission Qualifying Tests are administered to all applicants, including former Brent students returning after one or more years of absence from Brent.
