CAFETERIA END-OF-SCHOOL GUIDELINES - MAY 2012

End of school guidelines for signing clearances of students and staff:

  • The cafeteria will start accepting cash payment on Friday, May 25, 2012 (ID’s with positive balances may still be used.)
  • Please remind all students to settle any negative accounts from the Cafeteria on or before Thursday, May 24, 2012
  • Requests for refunds of balances can be made starting May 25, following these procedures:
    • Refunds (positive balance withdrawals) will be made to students who are graduating or NOT returning for school year 2012-2013.
    • No refunds (positive balance withdrawals) for returning students; positive balance will be carried over to the next school year (2012-2013).
    • No refunds for centavos (ex.P0.05; P0.10)
  • Please be reminded that clearance signing starts on May 28, 2012 for all students who have paid/cleared their negative balances at the cafeteria.

Re-Enrollment: Information on next year’s tuition and slot reservation fees has been sent home. Please be diligent in reserving your child’s slot for the 2012-2013 school year by submitting the Re-enrollment Form to the Cashier, as well as paying the fee. The due date is April 20.
Some grade levels are full, so don’t delay! To have our students end up without a place in our school next year would certainly be unfortunate. If you are not planning on returning, a parent must fill out the proper Withdrawal Form at the Registrar’s Office.

Middle School French: After considerable discussion and listening carefully to all concerned, we have decided to continue the French program in Grades 6 and 7 as it existed this school year. French will therefore remain a quarter course in Grade 6 as well as an option for a year-long course in Grade 7. We appreciate all who took the time to express their opinions on the matter, and are pleased with this decision as it works for the good of our students and our school. Thank you for your understanding and support.
