Governance
Brent International School Manila is a duly formed corporation under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It is an institution of the Philippine Episcopal Church, an autonomous Province of the Anglican Communion. The Philippine Government and the Philippine Department of Education recognize the school. The governance of Brent International School Manila is by an appointed and self-perpetuating Board of Trustees, 50% of whom must be Anglicans / Episcopalians. Board members are chosen from diverse backgrounds to bring in the diversity of the school’s constituency as well support the goals and initiatives of the school. The Headmaster is the chief executive officer and each school division has its own principal who is responsible to the Board of Trustees through the Headmaster.
