Sorting Students and Test Columns
During the course of the semester, new students may be added to you list. They usually appear at the bottom of the list. See instructions below on Sorting Students.
You may also at one time want to view test columns in a certain order. E.g., all quizzes, homework, seatwork, grouped together. See instructions below on Sorting Test Columns.
Sorting Students
1. To sort by students, click on View - Sort - Students.
2. The Sort Students window will appear.
To sort by lastname, then by firstname, click on the same as the descriptors below.
b. To sort by female, then male students, click on the same as the descriptors below.
Sorting Test Columns
1. To sort by test columns, click on View - Sort - Test.
2. The Sort Test window will appear. You can sort your test columns by name, date or category. Choose one then click on Ok.
