Starting the 2nd Semester (Quarter 3)

A.  For Semester-long Courses (e.g. Computer/Religious Studies):  Same process of  "Setting Up Classes" done at the the start of the school year.

B.  For Year-long Courses (e.g. English, Math): Follow the next three steps.

1)       When adding a new test column, make sure the quarter is set to “Quarter 3”

 A warning message may prompt you that the dates are out of range.  Just ignore this message and click on Ok.

2)       Change the term weighting to Term1=50%, Term2=0%, Term3=50%

A warning message may flash.  Just click "Yes".

3)        Change the view from "View all Quarters" to "Show Quarter 3"

You're all set!  All succeeding test columns added will automatically reflect "Quarter 3".
