Exporting Grades and Comments from Grade Quick
End of 1st Semester
(around December)
1. Make sure your view is set to "View All Terms".

2. Make sure all grades have been entered correctly including a
citizenship grade.
A Citizenship Grade (of 1 to 4) should be entered during end of a semester in the C1 column - for semester 1 and C2 columns - for semester 2. If you do not have a C1 or C2 column, click on the link to view instructions.
Letter grades should not be changed at any time. If you really must do this (e.g. to give a grade of "inc" or "nd" - no data,
please notify your respective offices first).
3. Make sure all previous comments have been erased before putting in new comments. click on the link, zap all comments.
** Upper
School requires comments for students who have a grade of "F", "D" or if the
current grade jumped two letter grades down. (e.g. from A to C).
After all comments been
entered, make sure to check for correct
spelling and grammar.
4. Make sure all categories have the proper weighting.
5. Make sure the gradebook is saved (this will export your grades automatically).
6. Notify the office when you are done with your grades.
