Message from the Director for Student Activities

At Brent International School Manila, students are prepared both in academics and in several co-curricular activities.  A wide selection of activities is offered throughout the school year that takes up one semester or are done for the whole year.

Various clubs and organizations are offered on a semestral basis for Lower, Middle and Upper School students to choose from. The choices range from developing leadership skills like the Student Council or Model United Nations to arts and crafts, hobbies, music, dance, outreach and so many others.

Sports like volleyball, baseball, softball, golf, basketball, soccer, rugby, swimming, cross country, track and field, badminton, taekwondo and tennis are likewise offered during their specific seasons throughout the year.  Students in these teams are given the opportunity to compete in various leagues, both local and abroad. The ISAC (International Schools Activities Conference) and the MANSAC (Manila Schools Activities Conference) allow the students to compete with other international schools in the Philippines. Participation in the APAC (Asia Pacific Activities Conference) allows our students to compete with schools in China, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong.

The Activities Office plans, coordinates, and oversees all these activities and sports throughout the school year in order for our students to develop a holistic education while at Brent.
